1. You can request a refund of the amount donated to the LEPL Union of Investigative Journalists in the following cases:

• iFact violates the standards of professional, ethical journalism;
• iFact engages in corrupt, unfair transactions;
• iFact acts to the detriment of the state interest.

2. Refund rule

• If you wish to refund, please get in touch with the administration in advance and inform them about your decision;
• To initiate the process, you need to inform the organization of the amount refundable, the transaction date, and the reason for the refund (it is necessary to upload a photo of the document confirming the payment and email it to: info@ifact.ge)

3. Remuneration rule:

• iFact undertakes to refund the user 100% of the amount paid in case the reader wishes so and provides objective justification for the refund.
• Refunds can only be made by transferring the relevant amount to the user’s bank account through non-cash payment.
• iFact will refund within 10 business days in the manner and amount established by this article.
