- You can request a refund of the amount donated to the LEPL Union of Investigative Journalists in the following cases:
1.1 iFact violates the standards of professional, ethical journalism;
1.2 iFact engages in corrupt, unfair transactions;
1.3 iFact acts to the detriment of the state interest.
2. Refund rule
2.1. If you wish to refund, please get in touch with the administration in advance and inform them about your decision;
2.2. To initiate the process, you need to inform the organization of the amount refundable, the transaction date, and the reason for the refund (it is necessary to upload a photo of the document confirming the payment and email it to: info@ifact.ge)
3. Remuneration rule:
3.1. iFact undertakes to refund the user 100% of the amount paid in case the reader wishes so and provides objective justification for the refund.
3.2. Refunds can only be made by transferring the relevant amount to the user’s bank account through non-cash payment.
3.3. iFact will refund within 10 business days in the manner and amount established by this article.
